Shipping
We pack and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, and tracking is emailed to you when your order leaves us.
Returns
If something isn't right, you may return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please reach out before sending anything back so we can guide you through it. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Damaged or faulty items
We do our best to pack fragile pieces securely, but if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
